Kosher at Camp

Our kitchen follows strict kashrut observance including:

Full-time mashgiach in residence at camp at all times
All food products have hechsharim from major kashrus agencies
All meats are glatt (All meat is supplied by Grow & Behold)
Produced is checked for insects
Eggs are checked for blood spots
All bread is pas yisroel
All cheese products have hechsharim from major kashrus agencies (Most of our cheeses our supplied by The Cheese Guy)
We do not accept the following hechsharim: Tablet-K, Triangle K
All equipment is toiveled as required

An eruv is in place around camp and inspected weekly.
